Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after purchase. You will be automatically sent an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

We are discovering more and more that USPS is not updating tracking information accurately after orders get logged into their systems. So after your order is processed and shipped the tracking information may not appear correctly but it will be in transit.

Unfortunately, due all that is currently occurring, particularly related to the pandemic, we are finding that some orders are taking longer than usual to process and ship. Please know that So Fresh Scents is ALWAYS working very hard to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible!

 

 

Delivery and Returns Delays

We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is transferred to USPS, it may encounter delays during its journey to you. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by USPS that end up being returned to us.

Please be advised, So Fresh Scents is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Our team is only able to view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number.

·   For domestic orders, shipping may take up to 7 business days.

·   For international orders, shipping may take up to 21 business days.
